AI Buy BD – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

AI Buy BD (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an authorized digital reseller platform. All products and services available on AIBuyBD.com are sourced directly from verified and authorized suppliers, developers, and global partners.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Delivery Policy

  • All AI Buy BD digital products and subscriptions are delivered within 60–180 working minutes of successful order placement during official business hours.

  • Orders placed outside working hours will be processed and delivered during the next business window.

  • Delivery Methods:
    All products are delivered digitally through Email, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

  • Working Hours:
    Our business hours are 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time), seven days a week.

3. Product Return Policy

  • All AI Buy BD products are digital goods, therefore non-returnable.

  • In special cases, a replacement may be provided for another product of equal value upon approval from our verification team.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be applicable after successful order confirmation and delivery.

  • If payment is made but the order is not processed or not delivered, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the ordered product cannot be delivered for technical or operational reasons, the customer will receive a full refund.

  • All refunds are processed through EPS (PCI DSS Certified, Bangladesh Bank–Approved Payment Gateway).

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 working days to process, depending on the gateway and banking system.

  • Any applicable bank or payment gateway processing fee will be borne by the buyer.

5. After-Sales Support & Warranty

5.1 Digital Product Warranty

  1. Each digital product includes its own specific warranty period as mentioned in its description.

  2. If an issue arises during the warranty period, AI Buy BD will verify the claim before replacement.

  3. Verified warranty claims will result in replacement or reactivation of the product.

  4. Warranty will not be valid if the issue results from the buyer’s device, operating system, or user error.

  5. Technical support is provided only via Telegram or WhatsApp chat — no voice calls or third-party communication methods are supported.

  6. For subscription renewals, the renewal package charge must be paid as per the current plan price.

5.2 Other Service Warranty

  1. Each service has its own defined warranty duration.

  2. Issues occurring within the warranty period will be resolved as quickly as possible.

  3. Warranty does not cover customer device problems or expired service periods.

  4. All customers are treated equally; AI Buy BD maintains a zero-bias service policy.

  5. Use of abusive, harassing, or inappropriate language toward AI Buy BD staff is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension or legal action under the Digital Security Act, 2018 (Bangladesh).

  6. Long-term subscribers (6-month or 1-year plans) may be billed for extended usage beyond the agreed period if continued service occurs due to management grace time.

6. Delivery Method and Communication

  1. All AI Buy BD products are delivered digitally via Email, Telegram, and WhatsApp only.

  2. Customers must provide accurate and active contact information when placing an order.

  3. AI Buy BD will not be responsible for delayed delivery caused by incorrect or inactive contact details.

7. Warranty Support Process

  1. Warranty or technical assistance is provided remotely using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or WhatsApp Screen Sharing.

  2. The customer must cooperate during verification for warranty eligibility.

  3. AI Buy BD reserves the right to reject support requests that lack sufficient proof or violate terms.

8. Payment Policy

  • AI Buy BD exclusively uses EPS (PCI DSS Certified) — a Bangladesh Bank–approved payment gateway — for all financial transactions.

  • Payments may also be made through Visa, MasterCard, mobile banking, bank transfer, or internet banking via EPS.

8.1 Charges and Fees

  • No additional fee applies for manual bank transfers.

  • EPS or card-based transactions may include a 1%–3% standard gateway processing charge.

  • In case of a refund, bank or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Shared Subscription Policy

  1. Any unusual or suspicious activity on shared accounts will lead to immediate cancellation and partial refund based on remaining validity.

  2. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing any subscription or digital product will void the warranty permanently.

  3. Only the services mentioned in the offer will be provided. For example, if Netflix disables password sharing, only sign-in codes will be issued — not passwords.

  4. Requests outside of AI Buy BD’s listed policies will not be accepted.

10. Renewal Reminder Policy

  • AI Buy BD does not guarantee renewal reminders for subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, etc.).

  • Renewal reminders, if sent, are manual courtesy messages and not system-generated notifications.

  • Customers are solely responsible for tracking their own subscription validity.

11. Special Notice

AI Buy BD acts as a third-party digital reseller for various authorized global service providers.
The original providers reserve the right to change their content, pricing, or terms at any time.
AI Buy BD is not responsible for those external changes or service modifications.

Customers are advised to review the original provider’s policies before purchase.
While we make every effort to keep product information accurate, AI Buy BD cannot guarantee real-time updates for all services.

12. Policy Updates

AI Buy BD reserves the right to amend or update any term, condition, or policy at any time without prior notice.
All updates will be published on www.aibuybd.com.

অর্ডার প্রদান মানেই আপনি আমাদের সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

২. পণ্য ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

  • সকল ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও সাবস্ক্রিপশন ৬০–১৮০ কর্ম মিনিটের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

  • কর্মঘন্টার বাইরে অর্ডার করলে, পরবর্তী কর্মঘণ্টায় ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হবে।

  • ডেলিভারি মাধ্যম:
    ইমেইল, টেলিগ্রাম, ও হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে ডিজিটাল ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয়।

  • কর্মঘণ্টা: সকাল ১১টা থেকে রাত ১১টা পর্যন্ত (বাংলাদেশ সময়)।

৩. পণ্য ফেরত নীতি

আমাদের সকল পণ্য ডিজিটাল, তাই ফেরত প্রযোজ্য নয়।
বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে, অন্য পণ্য দিয়ে বিনিময় করা যেতে পারে।

৪. মূল্য ফেরত নীতি

  • সফল অর্ডারের পর রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

  • অর্ডার কনফার্ম না হলে বা ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

  • রিফান্ড EPS (PCI DSS সার্টিফায়েড, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক অনুমোদিত) পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়।

  • রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হতে ৩–৭ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

  • ব্যাংক বা গেটওয়ে ফি ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

৫. বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা ও ওয়ারেন্টি

  • প্রতিটি পণ্যের নির্দিষ্ট ওয়ারেন্টি সময় রয়েছে।

  • ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ে সমস্যা হলে যাচাইয়ের পর পরিবর্তন দেওয়া হবে।

  • ক্রেতার ডিভাইস বা ব্যবহারের ত্রুটির জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

  • টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট শুধুমাত্র টেলিগ্রাম বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হয়।

৬. ডেলিভারি মাধ্যম ও যোগাযোগ

  • সকল ডেলিভারি ইমেইল, টেলিগ্রাম, এবং হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে করা হয়।

  • সঠিক ইমেইল ও নাম্বার প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। ভুল তথ্যের জন্য বিলম্ব হলে AI Buy BD দায়ী নয়।

৭. পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা

  • EPS (PCI DSS সার্টিফায়েড) হচ্ছে আমাদের বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক অনুমোদিত অফিসিয়াল পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে।

  • EPS, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এবং ইন্টারনেট ব্যাংকিং এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা যায়।

  • ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারে কোনো অতিরিক্ত ফি নেই, তবে EPS বা কার্ড পেমেন্টে ১–৩% প্রসেসিং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৮. অন্যান্য শর্তাবলী

  • শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশনে কোনো অস্বাভাবিক কার্যকলাপ ধরা পড়লে সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল এবং আংশিক রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

  • রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেওয়া আমাদের বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।

  • AI Buy BD তৃতীয় পক্ষের ডিজিটাল রিসেলার হিসেবে কাজ করে এবং মূল পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীর পরিবর্তনের জন্য দায়ী নয়।

৯. পরিবর্তন অধিকার

AI Buy BD যেকোনো সময় নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে এবং আপডেট সংস্করণ www.aibuybd.com এ প্রকাশ করা হবে।

অর্ডার প্রদান করে আপনি উপরোক্ত সকল শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।
