AI Buy BD – Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At AI Buy BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of digital and instant delivery products, specific refund and return conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on AIBuyBD.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds will be applicable after a successful order placement and confirmation.

  • If payment is made but the order is not completed or confirmed, a full refund will be applicable.

  • Customers may request a product change before the order is confirmed.

  • No product is eligible for return, as all digital deliveries are final.

  • If AI Buy BD fails to deliver the ordered product, the full payment will be refunded to the buyer.

3. Refund Timeframe

  • For bKash Online Payment, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

  • For EPS payment gateway transactions (Bangladesh Bank approved, PCI DSS certified), refunds will follow the EPS refund policy, typically taking 3 to 7 working days.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank settlement procedures.

4. Fees and Charges

  • In all refund cases, any applicable bank or gateway processing fees will be borne by the buyer.

  • Refund amounts will be returned only to the same account or payment method used during the transaction.

5. Digital Product Refund Policy

Refunds for digital products (e.g., software keys, subscriptions, licenses) are subject to the following terms:

  • A refund is possible only before the product key or digital content is delivered.

  • A refund will be applicable if:

    • The product is invalid or does not work as described.

    • The product key or access code shows an error upon activation.

    • The product cannot be delivered or activated due to a technical issue on our end.

  • No refund will be applicable after the digital key, file, or subscription has been delivered.

  • If a digital subscription or service expires after use, no refund will be provided.

  • For partially used subscriptions, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused balance only.

  • All refund-related bank or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

১. সাধারণ নীতিমালা

AI Buy BD সর্বদা গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার দেয়। তবে ডিজিটাল পণ্যের প্রকৃতির কারণে নির্দিষ্ট রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন শর্ত প্রযোজ্য। AIBuyBD.com এ অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে দয়া করে এই নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।

২. রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্যতা

  • সফলভাবে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

  • যদি পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হয় কিন্তু অর্ডার কনফার্ম না হয়, তাহলে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।

  • অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগে পর্যন্ত পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।

  • কোনো প্রডাক্ট রিটার্নের আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

  • যদি AI Buy BD অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য ডেলিভারি দিতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তাহলে গ্রাহককে উক্ত অর্থ সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড করা হবে।

৩. রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা

  • bKash Online Payment এর ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড ৩ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।

  • EPS Payment Gateway (বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক অনুমোদিত, PCI DSS সার্টিফায়েড) এর ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড তাদের নিজস্ব নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ৩ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।

  • ব্যাংক বা গেটওয়ে অনুযায়ী সময়সীমা কিছুটা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৪. ফি ও চার্জ

  • সকল রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক বা গেটওয়ে ফি/চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

  • রিফান্ডের অর্থ একই পেমেন্ট একাউন্টে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, যেখান থেকে অর্ডার করা হয়েছিল।

৫. ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট (যেমন সফটওয়্যার কী, সাবস্ক্রিপশন, লাইসেন্স) এর ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নলিখিত শর্ত প্রযোজ্য:

  • পণ্য ডেলিভারির আগে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।

  • নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে:

    • পণ্য অকার্যকর বা অকার্যকরভাবে ডেলিভার্ড হলে।

    • প্রোডাক্ট কী/অ্যাক্টিভেশন কোডে ত্রুটি থাকলে।

    • আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে টেকনিক্যাল কারণে পণ্য ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে।

  • ডিজিটাল কী বা প্রোডাক্ট ফাইল ডেলিভারির পর কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

  • সাবস্ক্রিপশন ব্যবহারের পর মেয়াদ শেষ হলে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

  • আংশিক ব্যবহৃত সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবার ক্ষেত্রে অব্যবহৃত অংশের জন্য আংশিক রিফান্ড দেওয়া হতে পারে।

  • রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক বা গেটওয়ে চার্জ রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ থেকে কর্তন করা হবে।

৬. রিফান্ড সহায়তার জন্য যোগাযোগ

রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রশ্ন বা সমস্যা হলে অর্ডার আইডি এবং পেমেন্ট রেফারেন্সসহ আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
